During Team Building trips, companies usually organise “company-culture-related” activities. In our case we had a Quiz during the first dinner.

Having replied well, I received a prize once I came back to the factory: 3 kilograms detergent!

“Useful gifts” are very common here in China.

Before holidays such as “Chinese New Year” or “Dragon Boat Festival”, we always receive 10 kilograms rice and 5 litres oil (plus other stuff, different everytime).
